After spending more than 30 years in the service industry, Mark and Gina Meixner of Prime NORTH GMAC Real Estate know what makes a winning team. Through their years as a restaurant managing team, a resort owning team, and a top real estate selling team, they established a teamwork policy that enables them to better serve their clients.
Active in real estate listing and sales since 1986, Mark Meixner is currently a Broker/Owner with Prime NORTH GMAC Real Estate, carrying his CRS, GRI, and SRMM designations. Mark believes in maintaining good relationships with his clients by keeping them informed. He also understands the importance of staying active within the local real estate community. He has been active with the Greater Lakes Multiple Listing Committee since he began his real estate career, previously holding the positions of MLS Director and the Governmental Affairs Committee chair . The Greater Lakes Association of REALTORS® selected Mark as their 1994 REALTOR® of the year.
Gina Meixner began her real estate career in 1995, and proved yet again what an excellent team she and Mark are. Being a "people person" makes Gina a natural in the real estate business. She enjoys helping others attain their dream of owning a home.
Longtime residents of the Lakes Area, Mark and Gina know the area well and utilize all the fun of the nature around them. Fishing all year long, biking, hiking, hunting, and snowmobiling are just a few of their outdoor hobbies. Mark feels that getting into real estate was the best decision he ever made, and Gina seconds that opinion. They both say it's always a challenge, always changing, and always fun getting to work with new people every day.
